By purchasing from STILLR, you agree to the following terms.

1. Digital Products All STILLR tapes are digital audio files delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped. Standard collection tapes are delivered instantly upon purchase. Personalised tapes are made to order and delivered within 5 business days of receiving your questionnaire answers.

2. License / Use of Purchased Audio When you purchase a STILLR tape, you receive a personal-use license only. This means:

  • You may listen to and use the audio for your own personal use.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or publicly post the audio file, in whole or in part.
  • You may not use STILLR audio commercially (e.g. in your own products, apps, or services) without separate written permission.

3. Not Medical or Psychological Advice STILLR tapes are affirmation and relaxation audio products. They are not a substitute for therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or professional mental health support. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or relevant crisis service in your area.

4. Personalised Tapes For personalised tapes, you provide information via a questionnaire that is used solely to write and record your custom audio. See our Privacy Policy for how this information is stored and used. STILLR reserves the right to decline a personalised tape request if the content requested falls outside what an affirmation audio can reasonably or appropriately address.

5. Refunds See our Refund Policy for full details. Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, given the nature of instant digital delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability STILLR and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from the use of our products. Products are provided "as is," and results are not guaranteed, as individual experiences vary.

7. Changes to These Terms STILLR may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
